Age 3-6 will receive notes to the choreography as soon as choreography is done. Understand these notes and music are not always going to be exact.

It is also important to be sure dancers attend class regularly.. EVERY student is in a finale number and students age 8-under this year will have their own big number. Any student only in the first half or only in the 2nd haf will receive a special ticket to sit in the audience **. ... ** they may sit at the very top of the balcony area only --with a special ticket that will be given in ticket packet-
All other students are back stage for the entirety of the show

Dancers do not stay the whole time on day 1 day.
Arrive on time get out earlier
W e will Only have one show- 1pm -4:15pm--Dancers arrive 12:15-Doors open 12:20
There is a 20 minute intermission and 15 min awards in the middle
Ticket packets $50 on Sale April 30th –May 10th
–Please purchase by MAY 10th

2 tickets/1dress pass/-and 1 Finale shirt. and head piece prop
For each additional dancer add $15 for 2nd shirt then $10 for the 3 rd--Parents may purchase shirts for $20 each
All must purchase ticket packet to be in show. Why?
To guarantee theatre cost are paid beforehand.
Individual tickets beyond packet are $12 until we are at the theatre

All shoes from our open houses have been ordered many are ready please see table across from Mrs. Flo’s desk. I expect all shoes ordered to be here within -3 weeks Jazz shoes are on back order until Oct...They come from over seas and are stuck in customs. Make sure names are in shoes or have matching stickers ..they are in a bag of some sort. .

NEW-- Missing class is NOT an excuse for late tuition. Mrs. Flo--Ms. Pam's Mom, is always here the first two classes of the month if she is not --you are most likely late paying and $10 late fee is expected. Classes are paid monthly-3 week OR 5 wk same price.—some months have 3 weeks and others have 5 if not I do a make up on a Friday for Monday Dancer( halloween for example) and Thursday Dancers simply come on Tuesday for class makeup

We understand about school trips -but sport/games must be missed for this one time event-\
Rehearsals are like practices in sports you need them TO BE INTO YOUR GAME.
Dance Camp was awesome- in which 48 dancers ages 3-13 attended-We already are set for next summer.
We also had successful technique classes in which students age 3-up were able to keep their technique in tune
